VANCOUVER HOG MEETINGS

Vancouver USA H.O.G. normally conducts three (3) meetings each month:

a. Breakfast Ride Meeting – OPEN TO ALL RIDERS & GUESTS
b. Business Meeting – HOG VANCOUVER CHAPTER MEMBERS ONLY
c. General Meeting – HOG MEMBERS ONLY

Breakfast Ride Meeting (meeting and ride are open to all riders & guests):

When: The first Saturday of each month at 9AM.
Where: We meet at the Moose Family Center at 11018 N.E. 18th St. Vancouver, WA. 98684
What: We normally discuss upcoming activities (rides, events, and functions) and the ride
planned for that day. Breakfast is available.
Ride: The ride normally departs shortly after the meeting. So you and your bike should be ready
to roll immediately following the meeting.

Business Meeting (open to HOG Vancouver Chapter Members ONLY):

When: Held the Thursday before the General Meeting at 6:30PM.
Where: Columbia Motorcycle Harley-Davidson – Vancouver, WA. (click here for directions & map)
What: Chapter Administration is discussed along with evaluating outside proposals or ideas, plan the ground work for upcoming events, review the goals of the Chapter and interests or concerns of Columbia Motorcycle Harley-Davidson.
NOTE: This meeting is normally a CLOSED (Chapter Members Only) event. Guests should request permission from the Director, Assistance Director or the Columbia Motorcycle General Manager before
the meeting. Members with new (or old) ideas are encouraged to attend.

General Meeting (open to HOG members & guests only):

When: The third Monday of each month at 7PM.
Where: Round Table Pizza (Salmon Creek)

What: We discuss participation in upcoming events. Proposals requiring Chapter approval are decided. All voting and elections are held at this meeting.
